Education

This website is, in part, an educational resource to promote a greater awareness of nature with an emphasis on its co-existance with man, often in closer proximity than we imagine.

If, wherever in the world you live, there is nature at your doorstep then we would like to offer you and your school the opportunity to share your class project with visitors to this website.

Using "The Great Blue Heron" as the theme we will be happy post any class projects here on this website to showcase your research project and list your school name and address all free of charge.

If you are interested, please e-mail us with your school name and contact information along with a brief description of your intended project submission.

Fun Fact

The Great Blue Heron breeds throughout North and Central America, the Caribbean and Greater Antilles, and the Galapagos. Some populations migrate to South America during the winter months.
